Triton’s 2.4L MIVEC turbo diesel engine might not weigh much but it’s no lightweight in the performance stakes, with 133kW at 3500 rpm and a stump-pulling 430Nm at 2500 rpm giving you the grunt you need, when you need it.

Take control in any driving conditions with Triton’s 6 speed manual gearbox. The short-throw gear lever and light-action clutch offer precise shifts and make long days a breeze. The 6 speed automatic transmission with optimised top gear ratios deliver improved fuel economy and quiet operation at high speeds, with the Manual Shift Mode giving you sporty, manual-like control with a flick of the lever.

Double Cab Triton models have a braked towing capacity of 3.1 tonnes and a Gross Combined Mass of 5.885 tonnes. Its low kerb weight means Triton offers the perfect balance of payload and towing capacity.
Easy Select 4WD
Easy Select 4WD on GLX 4x4 Single Cab models offer 2WD and 4WD High and Low range. An easy-to operate four-wheel-drive selector dial allows you to switch between 2WD and 4WD on the move at speeds under 100km/h.

Make light work of heavy loads
You can have your Triton Single Cab-Cab chassis fitted with a Mitsubishi Genuine Steel Tray or Alloy Tray, both designed and built to fit your Triton perfectly. Mitsubishi Genuine Steel Trays are available in durable galvanised finish or optional body colour paint, while the Genuine Alloy Tray is lightweight and corrosion resistant. Both offer a generous load capacity, the ability to load from either side, plus a range of accessories.

Front protection bar
The Alloy Front Protection Bar also integrates with your vehicle's styling and has been rigorously tested to ensure sufficient ventilation to the engine for cooling. It will help protect you, your passengers and your vehicle in the unfortunate event of an accident. In addition, pre-formed mounting points are featured to suit the installation of Driving Lights.
Steel tray
Available in durable galvanised finish or optional body colour paint. A huge selection of tray options and accessories are available to suit steel trays.

Towbar
This towbar package includes a towbar, tongue, wiring harness and 7-pin flat plug. A 50mm towball and chrome towball cover is available separately.
